From April 18th till September 5th 2019 we hiked nearly 2000 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail(total length 2653) that crosses south California, Central California, North California, Oregon and Washington
This trail can be hiked northbound(NOBO) or southbound(SOBO). We hiked NOBO from Campo(Mexican border in South California) to Manning Park Canada.
Due to the big snow pack of 2019 and the subsequent snow melt, the river crossings in the Sierra were deemed too dangerous so we “flipped up” from Walker Pass(mile 652) to Old Station(mile 1373)
We regularly posted to let the homestayers know about our adventure. We also used a Garmin Inreach mini satellite communicator to track our steps.
